A real state company located on Wynwood, Miami FL based development firm with a focus on Art + Development. We offer an opportunity for a construction Project Manager to join our team. If you enjoy creativity in development and being part of unique commercial and residential project developments, we may be a good fit for each other.
Our positions have large degrees of flexibility that we believe helps foster a culture of growth, challenge, and opportunity. Some responsibilities may be:
- Serves as a liaison to ensure Owner’s best interests are carried out.
- Ensure the project scope is carried out on time and according to budget.
- Assist with bidding processes, project mitigation, relocations, and more.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
- Assist with budget preparations and estimates based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Assist with accounting invoice and expenditure requirements, costs in order to meet budget.
- Assist with consultant procurement and contract negotiations.
- Manage schematic design, design development & construction document stages.
- Assist with the GC procurement.
- Assist with FFE procurement.
Job Requirements
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a construction Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Demonstrate knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
- Strong knowledge of reading blueprints.
- Proficient in Procore, Auto-CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
