Restaurant Manager
RMG is searching for a motivated experienced manager for one of our many clients in the Brickell area. This role will be for an exiting new concept with room for growth and opportunity to partake in ownership stock of the brand with endless opportunity. We are looking for someone with natural skills for leadership and strategy to ensure success in the full-service restaurant. In addition to that, communicating and connecting with guest to ensure satisfaction at an exceptional level.
Responsibilities & Job Description
- Role modelling hospitality to our guests and team members.
- Implement initiatives to increase sales and increase profit.
- Assist in hiring process, including conducting interviews, onboarding, and training for multiple positions.
- Manage and develop one supervisor.
- Produce marketing ideas and strategies.
- Oversee all front-of-house leader areas to ensure success.
