Job Description
RMG Staffing is seeking for a leasing client's specialist that will provide resident satisfaction before and throughout the term of the lease.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the property manager.
- Prepare move-in files, take applications, answer telephone inquiries, greet, qualify, and show apartments to prospective residents.
- Provide resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease and strive to secure resident lease renewals.
- Process applications and input information.
- Process annual recertification's and lease renewals.
- Conduct resident orientation.
- Prepare and follow-up on maintenance work orders.
- All other duties as assigned
- Ultimately responsible for meeting or exceeding the occupancy and leasing goals of the community and for ensuring CA brand standards in all marketing initiatives.
- Leasing inspection before and after.
- Conduct tours, diligently pursue the close of each sale, perform follow ups, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective residents.
- Prepare and follow-up on maintenance work orders.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- High School/GED required; some college preferred.
- Experience in the property management industry preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Must be highly enthusiastic, sales oriented, and love working with people.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
