Job Description
RMG STAFFING is looking for a Jr. Property Manager that will be responsible for providing extraordinary customer service . This is a hands-on position that will create and maintain strong relationships with our tenants and internal team. You will manage the daily operations create and maintain relationships with external partners and will be responsible for all maintenance and contracting aspects and success as it relates to the properties assigned.

Responsibilities:
- The Property Manager will be responsible for the daily management of various properties and help oversee all aspects of the property management.
- Supervising the day-to-day activities of the engineering, maintenance, and other building staff (union and non-union) as well as contract services
- Conduct formal site inspections as required in compliance with established standard operating policies and procedures
- Oversee repairs, apartment alterations, and capital improvements, as required, in compliance with local codes
- Identify, discuss, plan, and negotiate with vendors to complete all necessary capital improvement projects
- Handle emergencies and deal with crisis management
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least two years in property management or related industry
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Developed leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experienced in rent collections, posting to G/L, completing daily deposits, calculating SODAs, etc
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
