We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, teamwork-oriented, and responsible team member as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position is responsible for a variety of professional and technical duties related to employee recruitment and on-boarding.

The ideal candidate has a polished appearance, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. This person will be the face of our company to prospective candidates so they must be able to convey the company vision and values, while also assessing whether a candidate is a strong fit for both the position and our company.

Lead Interviews
Source candidates through LinkedIn, indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
Coordinate interviews for hiring managers, conduct interviews for senior to entry- level positions.
Maintain various reports.
Assess and evaluate interviewees.
Ability to hire and manage a team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Active search of talents- Referrals, Aggressive Recruiting, Job Fairs/Networking
Prescreening candidates
Coordinate interviews with account managers to submit to clients.
Consistent communication with Sales Department and HR Department

Qualifications:
Bilingual-English/Spanish
Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
Responsible, organized, energetic, assertive, accountable, and adaptable individual.
Proven experience as recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Indeed.
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, ect)
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Easy to connect with people.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
