Luxury Real Estate Butler / House Manager
Location: Midtown Miami
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a polished and professional Luxury Real Estate Butler / House Manager to support one of our high-end clients in Midtown Miami. This role requires exceptional communication skills, impeccable presentation, and the ability to provide elevated service in a luxury residential environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level hospitality support within a luxury real estate setting.
Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Coordinate daily household operations and ensure all areas remain organized and presentable.
Assist with food service, refreshments, and VIP guest needs as required.
Support occasional evening events, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional client experience.
Communicate effectively with management, vendors, and team members regarding household needs.
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Professional and polished appearance, with the ability to represent a luxury brand.
Experience or strong working knowledge of food service and hospitality standards.
Ability to stay composed, service-focused, and detail-oriented in a high-end environment.
Flexibility to assist with occasional evening events when needed.
Prior experience in hospitality, luxury real estate, private service, or concierge roles is highly preferred.
