- Resident Services: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, delivering outstanding customer service with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Anticipate and fulfill residents' requests promptly and efficiently, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns with utmost care and discretion.
- Assist residents with various tasks, such as scheduling appointments, making reservations, coordinating transportation, arranging deliveries, and managing personal errands.
- Provide information and recommendations on local amenities, restaurants, entertainment, cultural events, and other services in line with residents' preferences.
- Greet residents, visitors, and guests, and manage their arrivals and departures, including valet services, luggage handling, and parking coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to residents, visitors, and service providers.
- Property Operations Support: Collaborate closely with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs promptly, including maintenance requests, repairs, and housekeeping services.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to luxury standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities for service enhancements and process improvements to elevate the resident experience.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs, providing orientation and support to new residents.
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or residential environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with property management software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
