FITNESS FRONT DESK

• Greet and assist members and guests as they enter the gym, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Provide information about gym services, memberships, and promotions.
• Monitor the use of equipment, ensuring it is used safely and correctly.
• Offer assistance and guidance to members on the proper use of equipment.
• Enforce gym policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating gym events and classes.
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Assist with closing procedures, ensuring the facility is secure and ready for the next day.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or recreational facility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work afternoon shifts extending to closing time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
