We are seeking a highly presentable, polished, and service-oriented Weekend Front Desk Coordinator to support Jean Georges. This role requires exceptional customer service, professionalism, and the ability to assist with light weekend event setup while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor
Handle incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries
Perform receptionist/front desk duties including guest check-in
Assist with the setup of small weekend events
Complete basic administrative and computer tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service and support the team
Maintain a clean and professional front desk area
Hours: Saturday 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Sunday 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment: Weekend role (duration TBD)

Strong English communication skills
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred
Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling, data entry)
