Front Desk Associate (Full-Time – Temporary 3 Months)

Location: Five Park – Miami Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 3 months

About the Role:
We are seeking a polished, professional, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join the team at Five Park Miami Beach, a premier luxury residential property. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.

• Open and close model units each morning and afternoon.

• Answer and route phone calls, assist with inquiries, and take messages as needed.

• Perform light computer and administrative tasks.

• Follow detailed instructions accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with event logistics, including setup, guest check-in, and distributing materials.

• Create and organize goodie bags for events or special occasions.

• Support the management team in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Assignment: Temporary – 3 months

• Pay Rate: $20 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

• Parking: Free valet parking provided

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.

• Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a strong plus.

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

• Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling, data entry).

• Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented attitude.
