As concierge you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring an extraordinary living experience for residents in a high-end residential property. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized assistance and concierge services to meet the unique needs and expectations of affluent residents. You will be the face of luxury, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations :

  • Maintain a polished and welcoming front desk appearance, ensuring a secure and controlled access environment.
  • Greet residents, visitors, and guests, and manage their arrivals and departures, including valet services, luggage handling, and parking coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Coordinate and manage key services, such as key distribution, key card programming, and monitoring access control systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to residents, visitors, and service provider

Property Operations Support: 

  • Collaborate closely with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs promptly, including maintenance requests, repairs, and housekeeping services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to luxury standards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for service enhancements and process improvements to elevate the resident experience.
  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs, providing orientation and support to new residents.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or residential environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with property management software.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Discretion, integrity, and respect for residents' privacy and confidentiality.
