RMG STAFFING is hiring for a warm and friendly receptionist assistant that is detail oriented in performing receptionist duties such as greeting guests, filing and replenishing office supplies.
FULL TIME
Naples, Fl
Hourly: $15.00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls for the Law Firm.
- Clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, photo copying, and replenishing supplies
- Perform general receptionist duties for the Executive Office, such as greeting guests, managing the meeting preparation for the executive office and conference room.
- Handling errands on an as-needed basis.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic skill level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Internet-savvy
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Able to prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Organizational and planning skills
- Conflict management skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
