- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and marketing campaigns.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and agencies to maximize exposure and promotional opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, sales presentations, and digital content, ensuring they align with the brand image and message.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to measure the success of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Drive customer engagement and loyalty through customer-centric marketing initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor and manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and review platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a requirement.
- Proven experience in marketing.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Bilingual is required. English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms preferred.
