We are seeking a highly responsible and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pool and Beach Supervisor at our luxury condominium located on Sunny Isle. The Pool and Beach Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment of the pool and beach areas for all residents and guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Pool and Beach Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pool and beach areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure the well-being of all pool and beach users. Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential hazards and take appropriate actions to rectify them promptly.
- Staff Management: Supervise a team of pool attendants and lifeguards, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively and professionally.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting residents and guests with inquiries, providing information, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
- Reservations and Amenities: Manage the reservation system for cabanas, lounge chairs, and other amenities, ensuring fairness and efficiency in allocation.
- Event Coordination: Organize and oversee pool and beachside events, such as parties, games, and activities, to enhance the overall resident and guest experience.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Coordinate and supervise regular cleaning and maintenance tasks for the pool and beach areas, including but not limited to pool cleaning, water quality checks, and beach grooming.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory, including towels, umbrellas, and pool equipment, and ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to any pool or beach-related emergencies promptly and effectively, following established protocols and providing assistance until appropriate help arrives.
- Report Generation: Maintain accurate records and reports related to pool and beach attendance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience 1+in a supervisory role, preferably in a pool or beach management setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, guests, and staff.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Knowledge of pool and beach equipment and maintenance practices.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
