Sales Account Executive (In-Person)

  • Miami / Fort Lauderdale, FL area

  • In-Person role 

About the Opportunity

Fast-growing U.S.-based critical power and technical services company that supports mission-critical infrastructure across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial environments.

This organization provides services related to UPS systems, batteries, generators, and power infrastructure, and offers strong technical training, hands-on leadership, and a clear growth path for sales professionals.

What You Will Do
  • Learn to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and preventive maintenance (PM) programs

  • Conduct site visits, develop proposals, and manage a sales pipeline

  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Engineering, Contracting, and Field Service teams

  • Build long-term client relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets

  • Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy

  • Actively engage in revenue-producing activities within your assigned territory


In-Person Expectations (Important)

You are expected to be in the office, unless you are:

  • Meeting clients

  • Visiting job sites

  • Attending trade shows or industry events

  • Traveling within your territory

  • Engaged in direct revenue-generating activity


If you are not in front of customers, you are in the office learning, preparing, and developing.


Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE: $120,000 – $150,000+ (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses)

  • Base salary range: $55,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)

Job Requirements

Who You Are

You do not need prior UPS experience to succeed, but you must be:

  • Coachable and eager to learn

  • Organized, disciplined, and accountable

  • Comfortable in industrial and technical environments

  • Strong in communication and relationship-building

  • Motivated to build a long-term career in a high-growth industry

  • Curious about technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators, etc.)


Preferred / Bonus Experience

  • Industrial or technical sales background

  • Experience in generator, electrical, HVAC, or power-related industries

  • Field service background (UPS, batteries, testing, mechanical, electrical)

  • Selling PM contracts or technical services
