Sales Account Executive (In-Person)
Miami / Fort Lauderdale, FL area
In-Person role
About the Opportunity
Fast-growing U.S.-based critical power and technical services company that supports mission-critical infrastructure across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial environments.
This organization provides services related to UPS systems, batteries, generators, and power infrastructure, and offers strong technical training, hands-on leadership, and a clear growth path for sales professionals.
Learn to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and preventive maintenance (PM) programs
Conduct site visits, develop proposals, and manage a sales pipeline
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Engineering, Contracting, and Field Service teams
Build long-term client relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy
Actively engage in revenue-producing activities within your assigned territory
In-Person Expectations (Important)
You are expected to be in the office, unless you are:
Meeting clients
Visiting job sites
Attending trade shows or industry events
Traveling within your territory
Engaged in direct revenue-generating activity
If you are not in front of customers, you are in the office learning, preparing, and developing.
Compensation & Benefits
OTE: $120,000 – $150,000+ (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses)
Base salary range: $55,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)

Job Requirements
Who You Are
You do not need prior UPS experience to succeed, but you must be:
Coachable and eager to learn
Organized, disciplined, and accountable
Comfortable in industrial and technical environments
Strong in communication and relationship-building
Motivated to build a long-term career in a high-growth industry
Curious about technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators, etc.)
Preferred / Bonus Experience
Industrial or technical sales background
Experience in generator, electrical, HVAC, or power-related industries
Field service background (UPS, batteries, testing, mechanical, electrical)
Selling PM contracts or technical services
